What we collect

When you select an early-access button, we may record its CTA location, referral source, and campaign parameters, along with the page URL and time of the action. If you choose to join the early-access list, we also collect the email address you provide.

We use PostHog to measure pageviews and named conversion events with anonymous or pseudonymous browser identifiers. This includes page URLs, referral information, and campaign context. Session recording and general click autocapture are disabled, and your email address is not sent to PostHog.

We do not ask you to upload candidate documents, resumes, job descriptions, call notes, or other recruiting records on this site.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate demand for SubmitFast, understand which messages lead to interest, and notify you about product availability. We do not sell this information.

Where it goes

Early-access email requests are delivered to a private team channel through a Discord webhook. Discord may process that information as a service provider under its own terms and privacy practices. PostHog receives only the limited analytics described above.
